Eight injured as houses collapse in parts of city amid heavy rain and storm

Eight folks have been hurt as residences collapsed in various sections of Delhi following significant rain and storm on Monday early morning, officials reported.

The properties collapsed in the Jawalpuri, Gokalpuri, Shankar road and Moti Nagar regions of the city, officers of the hearth division stated.

Delhiites woke up to thunderstorm and rains on Monday morning that brought a a lot-necessary respite from the sweltering heat.

“Two people bought slight injuries and were shifted to the Ram Manohar Lohia hospital for therapy,” Garg extra.

All those people wounded have sustained minor injuries and will be discharged soon, fire officials reported.
