The $1.1 million home was designed by Tiffany Brooks, the interior designer who has appeared on numerous HGTV programs, designed the past five HGTV Smart Homes, and even worked with LeBron James among other celebrity clients. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, it’s the perfect size for Dolan and her husband and two children to unwind. “Smart” features abound in the space, including countertops that charge devices, automatic screens and curtains, park assist in the garage, and a hydroponic garden in the pantry. Brooks also included features specifically tailored to healthy living during a pandemic, like a touchless sliding door and a scanner for germs in the mudroom.

Beyond technological accents, the 2,600-square-foot home’s decor encourages relaxation and playfulness with a bright yet grounded color scheme, as in the outdoor kitchen that has royal blue cabinetry and mint walls that are sprinkled with miniature surfboards hung on the wall. The home’s outdoor space, which backs onto a golf course, also features an in-deck pool, pergola, and a dining area. “I really honed in on Naples’s link to wildlife, and that underlined tone of sophisticated luxury.” Brooks told People regarding her design of the home. “I was able to do that through the use of the color palettes, different motifs, and patterns and textures throughout the house.”
