Jersey Shore condo to Beach Townhouse Update

Howdy strangers!  Here I am to clear out the cobwebs of this dusty corner of the interwebs to provide you an update.  Last slide we moved out of our seashore rental and moved down the road into a seaside townhouse. (Im still really significantly residing in Brooklyn and I will in no way leave NYC so no concerns there!) It’s not really a suitable “Seaside Property” but receiving ever so significantly nearer to dwelling my Nancy Meyers / Diane Keaton Something Has Got to Give goals – at minimum on the weekends and in New Jersey.  Ok it’s possible it is really extra Snooki than Diane Keaton but let me have my fantansies!

Though we constantly prepared on making some (alright, a good deal of) variations, we believed we could wait a 12 months or two to deal with people.  It did not just take prolonged to notice people designs ended up likely out the window and certain issues experienced to adjust immediately.  One matter guide to an additional, yada, yada, yada…and we were in full renovation method.

Thanks to covid and source chain and loads of other small bitty things that incorporate up, we have been functioning on the world’s slowest renovation ever.  Thankfully we are at any time so gradually getting toward the end line of our primary initiatives and I am energized to share people with you.  

Now you are all caught up.  For these of you who adhere to me on instagram or tiktok you already know all this so thanks for studying.  For people of you are still weblog only visitors, I hope you however try to remember me.

We have completed 2 lavatory renovations and are just about carried out with the kitchen.  But all those need a lot a lot more backstory.  So let us close out today’s publish with a hyperlapse movie of the Mr. & I in our pajamas generating our patio into a compact outdoor living home (while our indoor living place is torn to shreds!).

Not heading to lie. Im definitely happy with how this turned out even with it staying just a random assortment of items I discovered at big box suppliers. It genuinely takes this very little patio from lifeless out of doors space to out of doors dwelling area.
